* Tickets can only be exchanged for an alternate performance of the same show, up to three hours prior to the ticketed performance or preferred performance, whichever comes first. If tickets were purchased at a discount and that discount is not available, you will need to pay the difference in price. Exchanges cannot be made for lower-priced tickets. Tickets purchased through third-party sellers are not eligible for exchanges.
