Directed by Ben Harrison
With Matthew Zajac and Aidan O'Rourke
"I come from the Soviets and the Nazis. Now I am here. I am from here. I speak the language of here."
Matthew Zajac's internationally acclaimed, multi-award-winning play is the story of a son's search for his father, a story of 20th century Europe, and of how a boy who grew up on a farm in Galicia (Eastern Poland, now Western Ukraine) came to be a tailor in northern Scotland. A story of deception, identity and survival, The Tailor of Inverness has moved thousands across the world.
"Matthew Zajac spins a suspenseful version of events and a powerful reminder that, contrary to another well-worn adage, when it comes to love and war, woefully, all is not fair." - Village Voice
"This skillfully and effectively told tale is a gift" - Theater Pizzazz
